Ingredients

Serves : 10
  • 3/4 cups sugar
  • 2 tbsp glucos epowder
  • 1/2 tsp citric acid
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pineapple emulsion
  • 1/2 litre water

Directions

  • Add all the ingridients in a mixture jar and make a fine powder.
  • Add 2 tbsp of pineapple powder in 1 glass of water and mix well and pour into popsicle mould and freeze it for 8 hours.
  • Pineapple popsicle is readyto beat the summer heat.
